Address Changes: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to process your order. If you need to update your shipping address, email solux2022@gmail.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update and reroute the order package.
Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged items, email Solux2022@gmail.com photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order.
